Safety Case User Guide
Welcome to the Black Rock Safety Case Preparation and Maintenance Guide. We're going over how to get the most from your Safety Case plus tips to keep it in prime condition.
First off, your Safety Case comes with a highly tensioned zipper, so be gentle in the first few weeks. Learn to finesse it around the corners. A zipper that maintains tension maintains discretion.
We make 1 case and 8 components, each of which is intended to match your personal smoking or vaporizing preferences. Keep in mind there is no right or wrong way to pack your case, there are just a few popular techniques!
PIPE: the pipe kit comes with three pebbles, a pipe, a grinder card, and a tool. The pebbles are great for storing loose leaf material or extracts. The grinder fits perfectly over the pebble and allows you to grind the material directly into the container. Once your containers are filled, place them in the Safety Case. They can be stored under the straps or free. The grinder card fits perfectly in the lid of the safety case. You can also substitute the one Hitter for a pipe or your own. Storage is still spacious once stocked, so we typically add a lighter and stack the Pebbles to the right.
VAPE: the vape kit comes with 4 pebbles, a silicone mat, and a tool. The nonstick silicone pebbles are perfect for storing extracts, simply use the spoon end of the tool to load the container. Vape kit owners often stack the 4 Pebbles along the right side of the case, which creates a full length space for your pen. store the silicone mat on the inside lid of your case with the tool to prevent a sticky mess. Not sure if you should get the Vape kit for your pen? Check out our Vaporizer Size Guide.
ROLLING: the rolling kit includes a grinder card, 2 pebbles, rolling tips, a tool , and 2 different sized papers. We suggest inserting the grinder card and rolling tips in the lid of the case first, followed by a pack of papers. The pebbles can be arranged under any of the straps with additional room for a lighter, or space for cigars and king size papers on the opposite side of the case.
COMPLETE: the complete kits includes all of the components from each of the kits we just discussed, with a secure spot for each item in the case
As you can see, the case packs a punch despite its slim profile.
To keep your case in prime condition, follow a few maintenance tips.
1. Loose leaf material can spill inside your case with heavy use, so regularly blowing debris from the interior will help maintain discretion. You can use a blow drier with no heat for any stubborn bits.
2. Your Tool can be reversed and used as a poker to clear your Hitter.
